My stay at the hotel was great! The rooms were very nice, spacious, clean, and had a super comfy bed. Everything was fine, except for needing more linen, towels, and pillows for two people. It felt like they just didn't want to be there, especially if you had a complaint. The location was fantastic, right in the center of Sarajevo near the lively Baščaršija historic district. However, there were two night club/cafes across the street, and the receptionist was unkind. The dining experience was simple and okay, but not as good as it used to be. Overall, the facilities were nice.
