My stay at the hotel was great! The rooms were very nice, spacious, clean, and had a super comfy bed. Everything was fine, except for needing more linen, towels, and pillows for two people. The service was a bit on different levels; some were attentive, but others seemed like they weren't in the hotel business at all. It felt like they just didn't want to be there, especially if you had a complaint. The location was fantastic, right in the center of Sarajevo near the lively Baščaršija historic district. However, there were two night club/cafes across the street, and the receptionist was unkind. The dining experience was simple and okay, but not as good as it used to be. Overall, the facilities were nice.
